Bruschetta Recipe

I got the recipe from Food Network by Guy Fieri Makes Four Servings (I multiplied this by four)


*1 tablespoon minced garlic
*2 Ounces Olive Oil
*2 cups diced Roma tomatoes
*1/3 cup thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
*2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
*1/2 teaspoon sea salt
*1 teaspoon ground black pepper

Mix together all the ingredients and refrigerate for like 15-20 minutes.

Serve with sliced Italian or mini bread toasted.
